Energy saving consultation

There doesn’t always have to be a legal requirement to generate an interest in energy saving measures. Sometimes a home owner will just want to assess their property to see how energy efficient their building is and what improvements could be made.

York EPC offers an energy saving consultation service, with a price of £100 plus VAT for the consultation and report. The consultation will include an EPC report and also advice on the various improvement measures recommended, and guidance on which government incentives are available and how to apply.

Whilst we would not be able to carry out an application on behalf of the property owner, we can be on hand to advise on what information is required and guide them through the process.

We aim to carry out the assessment within 48 hours of an enquiry and the completed report is delivered within 48 hours of the assessment.
